[BUG] Zooming out shows drawing lines broken with dots on it

Steps to reproduce

The video will show you what happened Open pencil2D Select the pencil tool (it can be another drawing tool) When zooming OUT the canvas (and not IN, as I wrote on the video), and zooming it back to its default value, drawing lines will show to be ok Zooming out to its maximum again and making a small dot on the canvas will make the lines to be less smooth showing small dots all over the lines when drawing back at normal zoom.

NOTE: it happened several times that if drawing a long line when zoomed out, pencil2d will freeze a lot, and most cases I have to shot it down. I made a video but it took more than 5 minutes to recover from the freeze time Some times the lines are lay down as I was using the polyline tool
