Lingua requires JDK 8+ instead of JDK 6+

With the recent changes of using ForkJoinPool.commonPool() (and possibly other changes as well), Lingua now requires at least JDK 8+.

I am not sure if that was intentional; the README currently still mentions in the text and at the top with the badge that JDK 6+ is supported.
