Video lags when mouse is moved

App version: 1.20.50 OnePlus 6T with Android 10 running Manjaro XFCE in Termux proot. Video displays very fluidly when mouse isn't moved, but as soon as I move it starts loosing a lot of frames. This is obvious when you try to watch a video on YouTube or move windows around. This happens both when I use a Bluetooth/usb mouse, touchscreen or gyroscope.

same here. and this happen with any animations. even simple buttons that have some animation. or the loading animation on the tab icon.

Same here on Poco F2 Pro, Android 10 Moving the mouse makes the video lag just as in the example... Any fix yet please? :)

Does anoyone know where in the code mouse input is processed/displayed?

I took the liberty to test it on my older phone, an LG G7 running android 9, same issue
