OpenGL and Mesa supported on iOS - can we use it for XServer XSDL?

Thats crazy, isn't it? How that can be done on /iOS/ but not on Android without hard stuff of work (he is telling "OpenGL" easily like it would work Out-of-Box)? I don't get it.
Mesa is a software renderer. You could install it in Debian with package libgl1-mesa-swx11, but it got removed from Debian 10. His X11 server seems to be the same X11VNC approach as UserLand app is using.
