Any human readable form of the pins for connecting an X-Arcade Dual Joystick?

Hi, I would like to know the pins to connect the sticks and buttons of an old ps2 style X-Arcade Dual Joystick to this bad boy.I looked at /cad pdf files but i cant understand where goes what.
