Category - where/how ?

Maybe I'm missing something really obvious..... but where/how do I add a category ? I want to add new item types etc but its wanting a category set and for the life of me I cant see where to configure these..........

In Admin -> System Attribute Types

Create a new type and choose a field type of CATEGORY

Its a built in way of categorising a type and you can only have one CATEGORY field per type.

GENRE is most often the category for things such as DVD, CD, etc.
