Have you read the egg's README (specifically the ports section) as part of your troubleshooting process? What port are you trying to connect with?

Yup using the default ports and they are open
What port are you trying to connect to the server with via the client?
7777, 15777, 15000 I may try and see if I can get it to use something other than 7777 maybe its just getting pissed at Conan Exiles servers I run on the same wings server. Thats really the only other thing I can think of but I can't even ping the server right now.
@PetrolWitch, you're not answering my specific question. For the third and final time, I will ask it as clear as I can: What single port are you typing into your Satisfactory game client (NOT SERVER) to try to connect to the server and verify that it is up?
I'm not sure if any of the ports the server listens on will reply to traditional pings, so don't test with that; test with a real Satisfactory client. Also, yes, none of the ports used by the Satisfactory server can be shared with any other servers on your wings node and must be properly allocated to the Satisfactory server within your panel.
Closing due to inactivity. Feel free to comment again if you have an update. Note: Update 6 released to Early Access recently and has a new RAM requirement (see README), that if not accommodated will cause server crashing upon joining with a client.
