On Github, the closes/fixes/resolves # should be in the PR or commit itself and not as a separate comment of a PR. Otherwise, it won't trigger linking and closing the issue.

Mumble is a default egg shipped with the Pterodactyl panel and doesn't exist here. You should probably open a PR there instead of having two conflicting eggs. The panel repo also contains an open issue for it
