The dedicated server files for arma2oa can be downloaded via steamcmd (afaik they're windows only files - so wine is needed aswell because the in the wiki mentioned linux files are heavily outdated) https://steamdb.info/app/33935/

In addition to the server files are the base game of arma2 and arm2oa needed (both also downloadable via steamcmd) https://steamdb.info/app/33900/ https://steamdb.info/app/33930/

I own the games but unfortunately I have no idea about wine and have not been able to run it manually.

From v1.05 and beyond the window dedicated server exe is part of the client patch. Just move the arma2server.exe with the according dta folder contents to your server. So you just need the game rn it looks like?

Can confirm, it also applies to arma2oa (it brings also the arma2oaserver.exe) with the game files. But pulling 10GB files (arma2 + arma2oa) to a server is not quite comfortable ^^
