SSL setting selection does not persist on validation error when creating a node

Open iamkubi opened this issue 1 year ago • 0 comments

Current Behavior

Create a new node in admin area. Set SSL to use HTTP. Forget to fill out over-allocation boxes and hit submit. Get validation error saying over-allocation settings are missing. Fill them in and hit submit, get validation error saying that fqdn cannot be an IP address while HTTPS is enabled.

This happens because the HTTPS setting resets on validation errors while other fields persist.

Expected Behavior

HTTPS setting selection persists on validation errors

it would be nice. regarding the location of the threshold to get telefragged or not: is there a way to check this? I've just tested it with bots. like, positioning myself near a spawn point, and fill the server with bots. If a bot spawns in the spawn point I'm at, i get repositioned (to about 1 meter away). If this method is accurate, I have found that in ra/sng spawn there is no way through without the risk of being telefragged. I mean this spawn point. Where the player is, it gets telefragged (using this method). ezquake122

regarding your suggestion, I would like to see it as a hud element, hidden in competition rulesets.

how about having a transparent (using recently added alpha) cube filled with a liquid, which then would give sound + visually tint screen with gl_polyblend?
