Remove broadcast antennas and other TV towers?

If you reverse geocode at the right (or wrong?) spot on the Empire State Building, you will get nothing but radio station records: Screenshot_2020-04-24_12-34-57.

Perhaps we should not import nodes like this one that represent these. Should anything with man_made=tower be excluded? Screenshot_2020-04-24_12-36-53

The Eiffel Tower is unfortunately also tagged man_made=tower.

I've not seen that frequency tag before, maybe we can just exclude all records with that?
