Mention the clamp on boundary.circle.radius

:wave: I did some awesome work for the Pelias project and would love for everyone to have a look at it and provide feedback.

Here's the reason for this change :

  • Mentions the boundary.circle.radius limit implemented in fix pelias/api#1618

Here's what actually got changed :

  • The example radius was updated from 35km to 5km and a mention of the 5km limit was added.

After losing a few hours to figure out what went wrong, I really look forward to get this tiny, but very useful, bit of information get merged.
