portland-metro Cherriots data source no longer works

This feed no longer works for Portland transit:

Specifically, http://cherriots.org/developer/gtfs.zip now yields a 404.

It does not appear to prevent the pelias download all command from succeeding but should probably be fixed nonetheless.

We don't have any control over that host, if we can't find a new source URL for it we will probably have to remove it from our config :(

I think @fpurcell added it originally, any idea if where we might find a replacement Frank?

No idea where Cherriots is hosting/hiding their GTFS data now. It's got to be somewhere, since their main trip planner is Google Transit. I'm asking folks who've done work in the past for them...will update y'all here if I find out.

I found an old copy on my HDD and archived it here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/geocodeearth-missinglink/CHERRIOTS.zip

I'd prefer not to use a self-hosted copy, if we were to do that I'd first like to double-check the licence terms with them, it would also mean we would lose any updates to the data :(
