Making the project a python cli utility

I thought it would be neat if instead of changing the code and then running the script, we could just pip install it and then use it as a cli utility.

If all goes well and you approve my P.R. then I'll upload it to PyPi and then we can really just do a

pip install ...

and use this repo as a cli utility.

Hey any update on this issue? What do you think about making this into a cli?
