Exporting multi-file TEI documents

The way TEI export is supposed to work is:

  • single-file documents should export as a TEI XML file (as is the case)
  • multi-file documents should export as a ZIP file, containing the individual TEI XMLs

The mult-file export was never implemented. Would be nice to have that...
