Short cut to sharing

At the moment it's not possible to share a document simply by highlighting it and using the "share" option under the blue "options" button. You can, however, do this for sharing folders. Can we implement this short cut for sharing documents as well? (Currently one has to enter document and navigate to the settings page.)
