"Report an issue" feature

Came up in the discussion with Valeria. E.g. two places that look like they are duplicate gazetteer records. There should be a one-click way for users to report this (to us), and we should have a way to forward this information to the data partner it concerns.

I guess what we would like to record is:

  • the item it concerns
  • freetext comment by the user?
  • optional email address to get back to the user?
