Canon picture loading error

I get an error when I load a Canon image Error Message: lsolesen\pel\PelMakerNotesMalformedException Size of Canon Camera Settings does not match the number of entries.

I'm also seeing this combined with a division by zero warning, apparently $components is 0.

Using exiftool on the same file, it displays this warning, which sounds very related:

Warning : [minor] Possibly incorrect maker notes offsets (fix by 3940?)

Please test with the latest release 0.9.9 as a divison by zero error has been fixed.
