There is an [Arch AUR package](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/widevine-armv7h) which uses the Raspberry OS package (and installs the EULA from google, too).
You can check on [pkgs.org](https://pkgs.org/download/libwidevinecdm.so()(64bit)). No idea how they become aware of new releases.
