This is mainly an improvement of the geometry code + one small additional tool to determine the starting time of scans.

The current geometry code is definitely wrong under some circumstances, especially for 'diagonal' slices, due to how this "inplane angle" is parsed. Sorry for that.

With this new version, I read out the quaternions from every mdb instead of relying upon the slice orientation string in the header. I confirmed it should work for some datasets (including multiple slice groups, oblique slices etc), thus I hope this version is now really correct, but I'd be happy if others can confirm this. :)
