twixtools on HPC

Dear twixtools developers,

Thank you for providing such a convenient tool. I may have a strange question:

I have one raw data of the size about 11 GB. I try to load this data via twixtools.map_twix('xxx.dat') on my local computer and on HPC.

• when running this command on my local computer, it shows 'unknown magic key 0 0x0', but the loaded data looks good - I try to plot one k-space line, and I see non-zero values there, and the reconstructed images look good.

• when running this command on HPC, it does not show any of the 'unknown magic key' message, and the loaded data is just zeros.

This problem occurs already on 2 datasets, and I don't know why so far. Would you have similar problems before or would you know how to resolve it?
