Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With Winter 23, the LWC lightning-flow base component has been introduced.

Describe the solution you'd like This removes the need to go through an Aura wrapper to launch a flow from a component.

Additional context In the PEG_FLW, the sfpegFlowLaunch_CMP component might be refactored as well.
