Not sure which version of tz_world you are using at the moment, but I just wanted to let you now that tz_world is not being maintained any more (and there were lots of changes since may 2016!). As stated on http://efele.net/maps/tz/world/ there now is another alternative. This new one works for timezonefinder (but data is different as in tz_world!).
