Add pod and statefulSet label configuration for the clustering service

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Our company is using the pod/statefulset/deployment labels to implement an application segregation policy imposed in order to satisfy the PCI standars. For this reason the chart should allow us to configure the labels. In particular the clustering service has not fully implemeted a mechanism to customize these labels.

Describe the solution you'd like Add two fields to configure the labels of the pods and of the statefulset of the clustering service chart.
