Constellation Messaging Service is not production ready: missing livenessProbe and readinessProbe

Describe the bug Since the fact that the constellation messaging service does not have the livenessProbe and the readinessProbe, it cannot be delivered to our production environment

To Reproduce Use the backing service chart with cosntellation srv enabled

Expected behavior Deployment of constellation messaging should contain configurations for liveness probe and readiness probe as the chart for constellation

Chart version v3.19.0 with no customizations

Server (if applicable, please complete the following information):

  • Environment: GKE
  • Database: PostgreSQL
