PegaDiagnosticUser not populated for the pega-diagnostic-secret.yaml

Describe the bug No user/pwd generated for PegaDiagnosticUser in tomcat-users.xml and so the download of logs will fail with 401 unauthorized.

pega-helm-charts\charts\pega\templates\pega-diagnostic-secret.yaml comparison of teir.name equals "web" is not quite valid because the teir name can be any string .eg. "myweb-abc" {{ if and ($dep.pegaDiagnosticUser) (eq $dep.name "web") }}

The comparision should be "WebUser" nodetype instead {{ if and ($dep.pegaDiagnosticUser) (eq $dep.nodeType "WebUser") }}
