Describe the solution you'd like

• Check if quarto is installed in the first page just like we do for pandoc
• In the Data Import page add a confirmation message if the datamart object is created. We only show a spinner while the datamart is being created but user might miss that spinner and they might think the app is not working. If they go back and forth between pages, users don't even see the spinning anymore.
