Axis labels sometimes missing in Quarto rendered output

pdstools version checks

  • [X] I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.

  • [X] I have confirmed this bug exists on the latest version of pdstools.

Issue description

Many of the plots in the quarto notebooks (health check) are missing the x or y tick labels. When I render them in VSCode they do show but they sometimes get chopped off in the quarto render.

It's not consistently the same for all customer data. For CDH Sample for example, I do see the labels. It's not just this particular plot, we see it for most of them.
