Statistics Differ from Publications

The properties of the generated tasks do not always match the numbers published in papers1 and 2. Some times there are some rates and base processing runtimes such as "mConcatFit"_base in montage workflow that i cant understand how it is generated and set for corresponding distribution? or "ZipPSA"_rate in cybershake workflow which is set to 2782.00 but it is not clear why? it completely differs from the numbers appear in both papers.
