Allow for the moderator to write in the name of people

For offline meetings, it would be great if a moderator could write in the name of the people. So they could be making notes by writing comments in the discussion section.

I think it would be necessary to store into metadata who was the moderator who made that comment in the name of the user. Like in git, where you have "author" and "committer" attached to a commit.
