Loading a GIF from a malicious site triggers a full screen warning

If one of the GIFs loaded by the extension comes from a malicious site, a full screen warning is triggered, as seen below:

I was able to produce the problem with this search. Searching again with the extension disabled does not trigger the warning.

Maybe you could leverage the Safe Browsing Lookup API to avoid this?
