Feature Request: API for adding labels to chat

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Whenever the user is changing labels, I would like to app to get an event saying that a label has changed for a specific chats, or for a given label, that the chat list of it was changed.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Ability to observe label changes, I.e. listen to an event that tells you when labels were changed for a specific chat / label

Describe an alternate solution.
