set chats label

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Today, I can list all labels, but I can't set a label chat. It could be a problem when the automation is not working, and I need to continue the relations with my customers manually.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to set a label on a chat, to show for my humans agents that customer is interacting

Describe alternatives you've considered There is an alternative if I could change a chat name, once i can pin just three chats
