Deprecation of Landsat bucket on AWS

Hi all, this looks like a great project! I wanted to flag the below as I see you're calling s3://landsat-pds in your example.

Thanks for the heads-up, @jflasher! I'm still using MapServer daily at work but this repo could use some TLC from me. For one thing, this repo uses a pretty old version of MapServer. The geosptial community has really rallied around some concepts like COGs (see https://www.cogeo.org/) and things like GDAL-3's COG driver simplifies some of the work required to serve WMS tiles with MapServer. Leaving this open as I'll address this when I have some more free time.
