Problem installing required dependencies.

When running:

pip3 install -r requirements.txt

After a while I get the following error:

Right after tensorflow is installed. I also tried installing manually with:

sudo pip3 install Keras==2.16

But it did not work. I checked out and ran the installation under WSL with python 3.7+ and pip3.
