cx_Freeze error when launching exe from shortcut

Hi,

I noticed a crash of the application when I try to run MagicMagnet.exe (The current release exe) from a shortcut. I use Listary to run the exe from anywhere and I see this error popup.

You can see the program tries to find its dependencies in the wrong location (likely to have been hardcoded when generating the exe). However, if I go in the folder manually and run it, it works fine.

I am on windows 10 but all I could google showed that it happens on other window versions as well.
