What happens if you replace the DLLs in this ZIP file into C:\Program Files\dmidiplayer\ ? [cxxruntime.zip](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/16817159/cxxruntime.zip) (spoiler: it fixes the timing problems for me)

I cannot reproduce this issue in Windows 10, with my screen (125% scaling). In my opinion, this should be fixed in Qsynth, with a more flexible layout setting for spin...
