iCal parse has been updated, as well as logic to process recurring events.

Tests need to be fixed since event filtering logic has changed.

@MSCRMGuru this repo doesn't seem to be maintained, there haven't been any changes to it since 2021. Maybe you could make a fork with your pull request available through the Elgato App Store?
