Fix settings interference while initializing #24

In new updates for the Grafana docker image, a method has been predicted for defining data sources. So we don't need to copy "grafana.db" file. This database will be created based on environment parameters at initializing time.

Also copying "grafana.db" causes some errors such as: #24
