• 404 when response body is not found, or exists but is not a map, or exists is a map, but has no :status key

I can think of a few more off the top of my head:

• Quoting vs syntax quoting handlers in route definitions
• Don't expand-routes if you don't need to.
• Including interceptors in the service map but forgetting to add the default ones.
