Create Debian packages

This is to allow for automated deployments.

Debian Testing and Sid have now in their repositories the dh-make-golang package that could help. It will get go packages while installing DEB package.

What about providing a flatpak instead, too much to bundle? This would allow easier deployment across not only just Debian but other distros too.
