Update flutter and dependencies

This PR (based on #169) updates all of our flutter dependencies. However, I did not regenerate the Pigeon classes, as that will break the build until https://github.com/flutter/packages/pull/1191 and https://github.com/flutter/packages/pull/1225 are merged and released. Once that happens, I'll update this PR and unmark as draft.

I'll document the different changes I had to make later.
