503 service error

Wondering if this is no longer able to connect to the api? In both the heroku toolbox and from the command line I get a 503 error service unavailable, and I see the last commit was 2 years ago.

@Jasonparks Yea, I've noticed that. I assume they've moved the API. Could be a small fix, could be a big one. Would have to take a look at the network traffic in the updates.
