Create colour coded tags for Stories

Issue Tags are currently gray and a little bit lifeless.

Solution We could introduce coloured tags to bring some vibrancy to the post cards/previews and also to allow users to visually differentiate the cards. This would be used as a single and consistent component across the BOLT.FUN platform.
