Use some kind of proof-of-reserves system for our prizes

Since prizes are getting larger in size, we should try to be more transparent about 1. source of funds 2. proofs that the prize is available. We could explore looking at a multi-sig setup for each prize which the address could be checked by spectators, and makers participating in tournaments.
