This is actually a bug and happens on http and https on the public IP or a domain in the cloud.
This issue should be resolved in the latest version. If you're still experiencing this issue, please reopen or create a new issue with updated details.
This should be fixed with version beta.402. Can you please check again?
Which SMTP provider are you using? Please make sure you are using the correct authentication method as described in the documentation: https://coolify.io/docs/knowledge-base/notifications/#smtp-server-configuration
