What's the correpondense of 'nopackage' in HotSpot?

Hi there ~ In your configuration, there is a seting of "nopackage," relying solely on the heat transfer coefficient. How can the same functionality be achieved in HotSpot? Considering that HotSpot only implements the heatsink and lacks a "nopackage" scenario. Thanks!
