Piercing Bullets - Makes every type of bullet go through players so more than 1 person can be damaged at a time. (each player after the first takes a 5% damage reduction, so the 2nd player will recieve 5% less damage, the 3rd will recieve 10% less damage, maximum reduction 25% configurable) lvl 1 pierces one player, lvl 2 pierces two players.
