Web front end not actually updating

Everything is currently running through Dynmap on server 1.21.4 paper. I have the update interval set to every minute, and the console shows that the web front end is updating, but the time in the upper right corner of the web page time does not actually update, and I cant see the events tab that should show up when I add in new events. Not sure what logs or screenshots you need from me - but even the normal stats page doesnt update.

Dynmap works fine and is updating correctly.
