Meta statistics, as discussed in #98 and possibly added soon, may be interested in an award history to observe the ranking change a player has recently made.

Note that I have no interest in keeping real "histories" of award rankings, because that would bloat the database up too much.

Instead, I'd limit this to the ability for meta statistics to read just the previous rankings, i.e., that of the last update, and any further bookkeeping must be done by said meta statistic. By being able to access its own previous ranking, it has that ability.
